New Jersey Medical Assistant Program Tuition

Tuition will cover the entire cost of the program. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $200.00, this fee is not part of the tuition.

All tuition monies paid by the student will be refunded if the applicant cancels this contract within (3) three business days from the date of signing. This refund, less the registration fee, is applicable even if the instruction has begun.

All tuition monies paid by the student will be refunded if the applicant cancels this contract within (5) five business days from the date of signing. The school may retain all of the fee after (5) five calendar days or after (10) ten calendar days absent written confirmation, where required.

Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Program Tuition

Tuition will cover the entire cost of the program, including books, fees, the exam fee, supplies, and one pair of scrubs. There are no hidden fees. The only costs not included are closed-toe, non-slip shoes and a second pair of scrubs if you want one.

Most students are eligible for a payment plan of up to 10 months. American Training Center does not use FAFSA or federal student loans, so training here does not mean taking on student debt. Many students pay for all or part of the program through a PA CareerLink grant, veterans benefits, vocational rehabilitation, or employer reimbursement. Under Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program rules, a nursing facility that employs you when the program begins is required to cover your training and testing costs, and a qualifying facility that hires you within 12 months of graduating is required to reimburse you on a pro-rated basis. An Admissions Coordinator can go over which of these you qualify for and how to apply.
